What was your ring designing experience like?
Chelsea was very hands on throughout the entire process. She walked me through things from start to finish and it was great bouncing ideas back and forth. She understands that guys aren’t exactly experts in this field so she made sure to explain everything thoroughly and make sure I understood each step of the process.
Why did you choose Honey Designs to design your ring?
Chelsea provided rings to a couple photo shoots that my Fiancee and I were a part of and once we met, we really just hit it off. I saw some of the other work that she had done on Instagram and Brittney ESPECIALLY loved her stuff so it was a pretty easy decision.
What surprised you the most?
Honestly, the end product came out better than what I could have ever imagined. I was pleasantly surprised during the ring reveal.
What do you love most about your ring?
I love all the little details throughout the ring. The milgrain all the way around the ring was a great touch. It is also engraved which meant a lot to us.
How did you & your significant other meet?
We met in high school over 10 years ago. She was a senior and I was a freshman but I knew she was the one. I don’t remember how it happened but we were finally introduced and after years of chasing, I finally caught her.
Where was your first date?
Our first date was at Abuelos at Easton Town Center. We went on a double date with some high school friends. I asked her to be my girlfriend that night 😊
Where’s your favorite hidden gem in Columbus?
My favorite hidden gem would be the skyline view from Mitchell Hall on Columbus State’s campus.
Favorite Way to Spend a Date Day/Night:
I love nature so anything outside is great for me. I would love to begin with brunch followed by a stroll through the city or park. Later we’d have lunch followed by shopping or a nap (probably both) I’d love for the nap to be in a park somewhere while we listen to music and just to soak in the day. To finish the night, we’d have dinner and dessert. Watch a movie or tv show and just appreciate the day we just had.
